Ordering & Photos
How do I send you my photo?
It’s very simple! You do not need to upload anything during checkout. Once you have placed your order, simply email your photo to hello@snowglobememories.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line so we can match it up!
What kind of photo works best?
We can work with almost any photo! However, for the most magical results, we recommend:
- Clear, well-lit photos.
- Photos where faces are clearly visible (not too far away).
- Vertical or Square photos work great, but we can crop Landscapes to fit perfectly.
Can I add a custom message?
Yes! If you select the "Include a personal message" option on the product page, we can add a beautiful golden text greeting (e.g., "Merry Christmas Grandma") floating inside the globe.
Delivery & Files
How long does it take?
Because every Snow Globe is manually designed and animated by our studio, please allow 1-2 Business Days for delivery. We want it to be perfect!
How will I receive my Snow Globe?
We will email you a secure download link. You will receive a high-definition video file (MP4) that you can save to your phone, computer, or tablet.
Can I share it on Social Media?
Absolutely! The video is formatted perfectly for sharing on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, or via Email. It’s yours to share with the world.
Returns & Support
What if I don't like the result?
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your memory. If there is a technical error or a spelling mistake on our part, we will fix it immediately for free. Since this is a custom digital product, we cannot offer full refunds once the work has started, but we will always work with you to ensure you love it.
