What exactly do you create?
We take your photograph and transform it into a beautifully detailed, personalised snow-globe-inspired scene — created around the person, occasion or memory that matters to you.
Depending on the product you choose, you can receive your keepsake as digital artwork, an animated keepsake or a professionally printed and framed piece.
What photograph can I use?
Almost any photograph can work. A phone photo, headshot, old photograph, staff photo or even a group picture can be used as the starting point.
You don't need a professional photographer or a perfectly posed portrait. We'll work with the photograph you provide and take care of the creative transformation.
Can I use an old or slightly imperfect photograph?
Absolutely. Some of the most meaningful photographs aren't perfect. Old photographs, phone pictures and images with less-than-perfect lighting can often still produce beautiful results.
If we're concerned that a photograph may not work well, we'll let you know.
How does the process work?
1. Choose your keepsake
Select the format you'd like — digital artwork, animated keepsake or framed print, where available.
2. Send us your details
After checkout, you'll be taken to our personalisation form where you can send us the photograph, name, important details and any personal information needed for your design.
3. Approve your preview
You'll receive your preview within 24 hours. You can request changes and we'll continue refining it until you're happy with the final design.
When do I send my photograph?
You don't need to have your photograph ready before placing your order. After checkout, you'll be given a link to our personalisation form where you can send your photograph and details.
If you don't have the photograph with you at the time of ordering, that's absolutely fine — you can come back and send it later.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Unlimited revisions are included before your artwork is finalised.
You'll receive a preview before anything is considered final, giving you the opportunity to request changes or adjustments.
What's included with the Animated Keepsake?
The animated version brings your personalised artwork to life with gentle movement, music and atmospheric effects.
For products where a personal tribute is part of the animated design, your message can also appear within the animation itself.
The Animated Keepsake also includes the digital artwork.
What happens if I choose a Framed Print?
Your finished artwork is professionally printed and presented in a 30 × 40 cm (12 × 16 inch) frame, where this option is available.
If you've chosen a framed print, we'll arrange production once your artwork has been approved. Your print will then be shipped to the delivery address provided with your order.
How long does a framed print take to arrive?
Once your artwork has been approved, framed prints typically take 5–8 business days for delivery in the UK.
Your preview is provided within 24 hours, so we'll always get the creative part underway first.
How do I receive my digital artwork?
Digital products are delivered electronically, so there's no physical item to wait for.
Once your artwork has been approved and finalised, we'll provide your finished digital file for you to download and keep.
Can I buy a keepsake as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our keepsakes are designed to be meaningful gifts for someone special.
You can place the order yourself and provide their photograph and details afterwards, making it easy to organise a personalised gift without the recipient needing to do anything.
Can several people contribute to a gift?
Yes. Our personalised keepsakes can be a wonderful way for colleagues, friends or family members to come together for an important occasion.
For products that offer a personal tribute message, you can provide the message you'd like included when you submit your personalisation details.
What if I'm not sure which photograph to use?
Don't worry. Send us the photograph you're considering and we'll work with what you've got.
If you have several photographs and aren't sure which would work best, you can mention this when submitting your details.
Do you create every keepsake from scratch?
Every keepsake is individually created around the photograph and details you provide. We carefully compose the scene, personalise the design and refine the finished artwork rather than simply applying a standard photo filter.
Can I order something that isn't shown on the website?
We're continually adding new occasions and themes to Snow Globe Memories. If you have an idea that you don't currently see on the website, we'd love to hear from you.
What if I have a question before ordering?
We're happy to help. If you're unsure about a photograph, product option or anything else, just get in touch and we'll do our best to help before you place your order.
