Please note: Snow Globe Memories is based in the UK. If you're contacting us from another time zone, there may be a little delay while we're asleep — but we'll get back to you as soon as we're back online.
Already Placed an Order?
If you've placed an order and are waiting for your personalised artwork, don't worry — we'll keep you updated as your creation progresses.
For digital artwork and animated keepsakes, your first preview is normally provided within 24 hours of receiving your photograph and personalisation details.
If you're expecting an email and can't find it, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder first.
If you're waiting for a framed print, we'll provide delivery and tracking information when your order enters the shipping stage.
