Shipping & Delivery
Every Snow Globe Memories order begins with your personalised artwork. Once we've received your photograph and details, we'll create your design and guide you through the approval process before your final keepsake is delivered or sent for printing.
Digital Artwork & Animated Keepsakes
Digital products are delivered electronically, so there is no physical item or shipping charge.
Once we've received your photograph and personalisation details, we aim to provide your first preview within 24 hours.
You'll then have the opportunity to request changes before your artwork is finalised. Once approved, your finished digital artwork or animated keepsake will be delivered electronically.
- Digital Artwork: Delivered electronically as a high-resolution digital file.
- Animated Keepsake: Delivered electronically as a high-quality video file, together with the digital artwork included with your order.
Framed Prints
If you've chosen a framed print, your artwork will first go through the same personalisation and approval process.
We do not send your artwork to print until you have approved the final design.
Your finished artwork is professionally printed and framed as a 30 × 40 cm (12 × 16 inch) piece and then shipped to the delivery address provided with your order.
UK Framed Print Delivery
Standard UK shipping for framed prints is £9.95.
Once your artwork has been approved and sent for production, framed prints typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
Please note that the 5–8 business day timeframe applies to the delivery of the framed print after approval and production. Your personalised artwork preview is provided separately within 24 hours of receiving your details.
International Delivery
We can also ship framed prints internationally where available. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Delivery times outside the UK can vary depending on the destination, carrier and any customs processing.
Digital products can be delivered worldwide without physical shipping, customs delays or international postage charges.
When Does the Clock Start?
Our 24-hour preview timeframe begins once we have received the information needed to create your artwork — including your photograph and relevant personalisation details.
If we need clarification, a replacement photograph or additional information from you, the creation process may need to pause until we've heard back from you.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
For framed prints, delivery and tracking information will be provided when available once your order has entered the shipping stage.
Digital orders will be delivered electronically using the email address provided with your order.
