1. Digital Delivery Only Snow Globe Memories is a 100% digital studio. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

• No physical items (such as glass globes, frames, or USB drives) will be mailed to your home address.

• All orders are delivered electronically via email.

2. Turnaround Time Because every Snow Globe is hand-edited to ensure the lighting and "magic" look perfect, we do not use instant automated software.

• Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your completed digital file within 1-2 Business Days (48 hours) of receiving your photo.

• During Peak Times: During busy holiday seasons (November & December), delivery times may extend slightly. We will always display the current turnaround time on the product page if delays are expected.

3. How You Will Receive Your Order Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification containing a secure download link for your high-resolution video or image file.

• Sender: The email will come from Snow Globe Memories.

• File Format: Depending on your order, you will receive an MP4 video file or a High-Quality JPG image.

4. Check Your Spam Folder! Sometimes our magical deliveries get caught by over-protective email filters. If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.

5. Worldwide Delivery Since our products are digital, we deliver worldwide! No matter where you are located, you will receive your file without any shipping fees or customs delays.

6. Questions about your Order? If your order hasn't arrived after 48 hours and it isn't in your spam folder, please contact us immediately at snowglobememories@gmail.com and we will track it down for you.
