Will this work for my breed? ▼

Yes. Most customers use everyday phone photos — blurry, cropped, or older images are all fine. We carefully refine every detail by hand, restoring what's missing while staying true to how they looked.

Can I customise the text? ▼

Yes — your pet's name and dates are engraved into the base of the globe. If you choose either the Animated Memorial or Memorial Portrait, you can also add a personal message or meaningful quote in the sky above — anything from a name, to a phrase, to a message written as if from your pet. The difference being on the animated version the message beautifully transitions in with the rest of the scene and movement

Will I be able to review it before it's finished? ▼

Yes. You'll receive a preview before final delivery and can request changes until you're happy. Animated Memorials include a preview within 24 hours.

Is this a physical product? ▼
