1. Welcome to Snow Globe Memories Welcome to Snowglobememories.com. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Services (Digital Only) We specialize in creating custom digital artworks. Please acknowledge that all products sold on this site are digital files (e.g., MP4, JPG). No physical products (such as glass globes, frames, or prints) will be shipped to you.

3. User-Submitted Content & Copyright To create your order, you will provide us with a personal photograph ("User Content").

  • You retain ownership: We claim no ownership over the original photos you upload.

  • License to Edit: By submitting a photo, you grant Snow Globe Memories a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Your Warranty: You guarantee that you own the copyright to the photo you submit or have explicit permission from the owner to use it. You agree not to submit copyrighted professional photography (without a release), celebrity images, or offensive/illegal material.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order if the submitted content violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Portfolio Use We respect your privacy. We will never use your custom Snow Globe video or image in our public marketing (social media, website gallery, ads) without your explicit written permission. Your memories remain private unless you choose to share them.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all standard orders within 24 hours.

  • Delivery is made via the email address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your email address is correct and check your Spam/Junk folders. Snow Globe Memories is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information.

6. Intellectual Property The custom "Snow Globe" assets, animations, website design, and overlays created by us remain the intellectual property of Snow Globe Memories. You are purchasing a license to use the final customized file for personal use (e.g., sharing with family, printing for home). You may not resell, redistribute, or use the design elements for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability Snow Globe Memories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
