"They did an incredible job designing my globe - it’s absolutely magical. They stayed in great communication throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I will definitely recommend to others!" — George

Can I use an old or casual photo? ▼

Yes — even older pictures, casual phone snaps, or cropped photos from a group work beautifully. Each keepsake is carefully refined by hand to capture their true likeness and peaceful expression while enhancing the surrounding atmosphere.

Can I customise the poem on the globe base? ▼

Yes. You can keep our default remembrance verse (“Gone from sight, but never from heart. Loved always, remembered forever.”) or provide your own meaningful poem, memorial verse, name, and dates via the form after checkout.

What’s included in each package? ▼

The Digital Artwork includes the personalised high-resolution artwork delivered by email. The Framed Print includes a museum-quality framed print ready to unwrap and display, plus the digital artwork. The Animated Keepsake includes everything — plus the delicate, gentle video portrait with subtle movement, music, and the symbolic butterfly.

How long does delivery take? ▼

You'll receive your first preview within 24 hours. Digital artwork and animated versions are typically completed within 48–72 hours after approval. Framed prints are carefully produced and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.

Can we make changes before final delivery? ▼

Absolutely. We know how much this piece means. You will receive a preview first and can request revisions to ensure the tribute feels completely true and comforting before anything is finalised.

Is the framed print ready to display? ▼

Yes — the Framed Print arrives professionally mounted with an elegant white matte surround and black wooden frame, ready to display immediately in your home or present to a grieving loved one.
